TATIA CENTRE
The site for this proposed building is located on an irregular- shaped parcel of land in a newly revitalized commercial district facing Jl. Fatmawati, a major public boulevard. The design objective was to organize the variety of program requirements into a single structure. The various program components were placed into three spatial zones: educational services, commercial services, and medical services. A central atrium served as the primary organizing and focal element.
